NUM joint mass meeting with AMCU, SOLIDARITY and UASA at Sibanye Stillwaters's Driefontein mine on Sunday
The National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) together with other leaders from AMCU, SOLIDARITY and UASA are scheduled to address workers at a joint-mass meeting, reporting on developments regarding the conditional offer on wages and other conditions of employment tabled by Sibanye-Stillwater during the wages discussions that took place at Birchwood conference centre last week Friday 4th February 2022.The purpose of the joint-mass meeting is to get a new, collective mandate from all members of the four trade unions.The joint-mass meeting is scheduled to take place as followed:Date : Sunday 13 February 2022Time : 9amVenue : Driefontein’s Masizakhele Stadium in Carletonville.Speakers : The National Office Bearers - NUM, AMCU, SOLIDARITY & UASAAll workers at Kloof, Cooks, Burnstone, Beatrix and Driefontein operations are invited to attend the mass meeting.
