The parties agree that the basic rate of pay of employees at A to B7 and total package of employees at C1 to C5 shall be increased as follows:
A to B7 increased to R1000 or 7% whichever is greater while C1 to C5 increased to 7%.

The parties also agreed for the home ownership allowance and living out allowance of R2 982 for the period of 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018 and R3 176 for the period of 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019.

Medical aid allowance will be increased and capped to R1 000 and R1 070 respectively. These wage increases will be implemented with effect from 1 July 2017.
